Changing your (drug) habits is difficult. Especially when you try to do it on your own. Research shows that people who have help, are more often successful then those who don’t.
Mind your Trip will help you change your NPS using habits by offering a choice of three interventions, all offering contact with a real-life counsellor. In order of intensity, from light to more intensive:
- Module 1: Insight into my use
- Module 2: Safer use
- Module 3: Quit or Reduce
Each module is an independent intervention, where a weekly message is sent by a counsellor during a four-week period after online registration. In addition to messages, the counsellor may make use of instructions and psycho-educational texts. Through his/her personal client portal, the participant can respond to a message and send a message, as well as find, create and ‘send’ the instructions. The client can also review, download or print the instructions created in his/her portal.
